We are pleased to welcome you to our website! As an IT service provider, we have always attached great importance to the protection of information and data, as well as the privacy of our visitors and customers.
We have never passed on customer data to third parties for advertising purposes and never will. All necessary information regarding data recording and processing is detailed in the following points of our privacy policy.
Server records are created about visitors to our online offers. These include information about the requested content, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the Internet Protocol address ("IP address") in an anonymized form, and technical information about the visitor's device. Technical information (operating system, browser, browser version, and screen resolution) and the anonymized IP address do not allow conclusions to be drawn about a specific visitor or person. Thus, no processing of personal data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes place.
Server access records are used for statistical analysis of visitor flows, error detection, and further improvement of our online offers. Detailed records are deleted after statistical analysis.
If you decide to use our services, the following data will be collected and processed as part of the customer registration or subsequent service ordering:
In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data minimization, only information necessary for the provision of the service and its billing is collected and stored for the period required by legal requirements.
The data provided by you is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data transfer to service providers only takes place if necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. This is the case, for example, when processing your payment (data transfer to the payment service provider) to debit the purchase price or transferring data to our tax representative to fulfill our tax obligations.
If a purchase process is interrupted, the data stored by us will be deleted. You can also submit a written request to delete your customer account at any time. We will comply with such a request immediately. Please note that deletion is only possible if you no longer use our services. Depending on the type of services you received during our business relationship, it may be necessary to store your customer information for a certain period after the end of the contractual relationship. This is due to legal requirements:
In the event of a contract conclusion and associated invoicing, all data relating to the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the retention period under the Federal Fiscal Code (seven years). Data processing is carried out based on the provisions of §96 (3) TKG as well as Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or Art. 6 (1) lit. b (necessary for contract performance) of the EU GDPR.
If you choose to pay for services by credit card, the relevant payment data will be forwarded to our payment service provider for technical processing. The transmitted information contains no personal data. Only information necessary for processing the payment (card number, validity, and invoice amount) is transmitted.
In accordance with credit card company directives, in the event of a complaint (e.g., in the case of a chargeback or refund request), we are obliged to provide information (master data, order and payment data) to the credit card issuing company (acquirer) to clarify the facts. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with the principle of data minimization. Acquiring banks are subject to strict banking secrecy requirements and therefore collect and process the transmitted data with appropriate care. Further information can be found in the data protection declarations of the respective companies.
If you entrust us with domain name registration, the contact data required for this purpose (in accordance with the registration regulations applicable to the respective domain extension, as per Appendix 1 to our General Terms and Conditions) will be transmitted to the respective registry database operator. The relevant data protection regulations can be found in the data protection declarations of the registry databases listed in Appendix 1. In the case of international domain names, these may be in English.
International domain registration rules provide for delayed deletion of customer data. If you decide to register such international (also called generic) domain names, we are obliged to store your customer data for one year after the end of the contractual relationship. Further information on delayed data deletion in connection with certain domain registrations can be found in Appendix 1 to our General Terms and Conditions.

By registering a domain name, the customer agrees that the data transmitted by the customer to the ISP for registration and domain maintenance purposes will be forwarded by the ISP to third parties in accordance with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) regulations, e.g., to the central registration authorities (domain registries) of the respective gTLDs (generic Top-Level Domains) or ccTLDs (country-code Top-Level Domains), operators and users of central Whois internet databases responsible for your domain name, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) as the technical coordination body for the Internet, providers, other interested parties via Whois queries on ISP websites, "whois" service providers, and, if necessary, registrars appointed by ICANN as replacements. Information provided by the customer to the ISP regarding domain name issues may be shared with ISP employees and consultants, and, upon request, with ICANN.
With the entry into force of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), operators of the aforementioned Whois databases are subject to strict data protection rules. Therefore, public access to full domain contact details is no longer possible. However, data transfer and storage remain necessary for contract performance.
The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and any collected reviews, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products (buyer protection) to buyers after an order.
This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne.
When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request. These access data are not analyzed and are automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your site visit.
Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops only if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement concluded between you and Trusted Shops applies.
To enable our end customers to use Trusted Shops® Buyer Protection and the Trusted Shops® review program, order information is transmitted to TRUSTED SHOPS GmbH. In addition to the order number and the customer's email address, the total amount and payment method of each order are transmitted. Information on data processing can be found in the TRUSTED SHOPS GmbH privacy policy.

As stated in the brief description of data usage in our contact forms, using contact forms and pre-order options does not imply consent to receive our newsletter. We use this data exclusively to provide you with the requested assistance or desired information about domain names and services.
We reserve the right to send our customers advertising information by post in certain cases (e.g., when introducing new domain extensions). Thanks to many positive responses to such mailings, we know that for many, this is a welcome source of inspiration for marketing ideas and promotions. If you do not wish to receive information by post, you can inform us.

Cookies allow website operators to provide interactive functions as well as uniquely identify users.
When visiting our online offer, no such cookie is initially set on your device, as our public pages mainly serve to provide useful information about domain names and our services. If you use interactive functions (e.g., domain Whois query, our contact form, feedback form, or one of the registration options), a cookie is stored on your device to process your request. This information from the cookie is automatically deleted at the end of the browser session (i.e., typically when you close or restart the browser).
We also store a cookie on your device when you log into the password-protected client area to manage your services. To optimize our website and offers, we use the open-source web analytics software Matomo. The use of Matomo differs significantly from other web analytics systems. Matomo runs exclusively on our own servers. Storage of anonymized personal data of our visitors and users, ensuring privacy protection, takes place only on our own systems.
Identification of an individual user or their behavior based on collected data is not possible. Data transfer to third parties does not take place. For these reasons, tracking is possible even without active user consent. To ensure anonymity in the interest of our website visitors, we use IP address anonymization.
Matomo uses cookies. The data collected includes browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, anonymized IP address, as well as the date and time of the server request. Data collected via Matomo is used for error detection and elimination, improving the usability and user-friendliness of our content and administration interfaces, and as a basis for further development of our online offers.
We do not create profiles of our visitors. Opting out of web analytics services also guarantees that interactions of our website visitors do not lead to unwanted profile formation by third parties.
On our website, we provide a domain generator that creates suggestions using Artificial Intelligence (AI). For this purpose, we use the API from OpenAI, L.L.C., 3180 18th Street, San Francisco, CA, USA.
When using this tool, the input content is transmitted to OpenAI and processed there. Other personal data, such as IP addresses, browser data, or metadata, are not transmitted as part of this service.
Processing is carried out based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
Further information on OpenAI data processing can be found at: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
As a person whose data is processed, you have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection in accordance with the EU GDPR. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
We are happy to answer your questions about our privacy policy. Questions about data protection in our online offers and services can be directed to our Data Protection Coordinator (Sergio Voronenkoff). All ways to contact us can be found in the "Contact" section. We look forward to hearing from you!
