Server records are created about visitors to our online offers. If a purchase process is interrupted, the data stored by us will be deleted. You can also submit a written request to delete your customer account at any time. In the event of a contract conclusion and associated invoicing, all data relating to the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the retention period under the Federal Fiscal Code (seven years). If you choose to pay for services by credit card, the relevant payment data will be forwarded to our payment service provider for technical processing. The transmitted information contains no personal data. Only information necessary for processing the payment (card number, validity, and invoice amount) is transmitted.
In accordance with credit card company directives, in the event of a complaint (e.g., in the case of a chargeback or refund request), we are obliged to provide information (master data, order and payment data) to the credit card issuing company (acquirer) to clarify the facts. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with the principle of data minimization. Acquiring banks are subject to strict banking secrecy requirements and therefore collect and process the transmitted data with appropriate care. If you entrust us with domain name registration, the contact data required for this purpose (in accordance with the registration regulations applicable to the respective domain extension, as per Appendix 1 to our General Terms and Conditions) will be transmitted to the respective registry database operator. The relevant data protection regulations can be found in the data protection declarations of the registry databases listed in Appendix 1. In the case of international domain names, these may be in English.
International domain registration rules provide for delayed deletion of customer data. If you decide to register such international (also called generic) domain names, we are obliged to store your customer data for one year after the end of the contractual relationship. By registering a domain name, the customer agrees that the data transmitted by the customer to the ISP for registration and domain maintenance purposes will be forwarded by the ISP to third parties in accordance with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) regulations, e.g., to the central registration authorities (domain registries) of the respective gTLDs (generic Top-Level Domains) or ccTLDs (country-code Top-Level Domains), operators and users of central Whois internet databases responsible for your domain name, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) as the technical coordination body for the Internet, providers, other interested parties via Whois queries on ISP websites, "whois" service providers, and, if necessary, registrars appointed by ICANN as replacements. Information provided by the customer to the ISP regarding domain name issues may be shared with ISP employees and consultants, and, upon request, with ICANN.
With the entry into force of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), operators of the aforementioned Whois databases are subject to strict data protection rules. Therefore, public access to full domain contact details is no longer possible. However, data transfer and storage remain necessary for contract performance.

We do not create profiles of our visitors. Opting out of web analytics services also guarantees that interactions of our website visitors do not lead to unwanted profile formation by third parties.
On our website, we provide a domain generator that creates suggestions using Artificial Intelligence (AI). For this purpose, we use the API from OpenAI, L.L.C., 3180 18th Street, San Francisco, CA, USA.
When using this tool, the input content is transmitted to OpenAI and processed there. Other personal data, such as IP addresses, browser data, or metadata, are not transmitted as part of this service.
