DataDynamics GmbH adheres to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any kind of abuse on the Internet. We take all reports of illegal content, copyright infringement, spam, phishing, and other violations seriously.
In accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), we provide the following communication channels for reporting violations.
If you have discovered content hosted on our servers (web hosting, virtual servers) that violates the law or the rights of third parties (e.g., phishing, malware, copyright infringement, prohibited content), please report it to us via the dedicated form.

Procedures applicable to requests based on Regulation (EU) 2021/784:
All reports are processed and tracked by our issue tracking system. Reports sent to abuse2021784@datadynamics.at are reviewed and processed by a member of our abuse team. Requests must have a valid digital signature and contain the officer's contact details.
All valid abuse reports are processed and tracked by our issue tracking system (ticket system). Abuse reports sent via the forms above or to our contact addresses are reviewed by a member of our team.
Any submitted report must contain at least the following information:
Our staff assigns a unique number to all valid abuse reports. Valid reports are processed by our abuse department within **72 hours**. Please submit abuse reports only regarding gTLD domain names managed by DataDynamics GmbH.
Note: In accordance with ICANN terms for abuse report handling, all valid reports sent to abuse@hostings.at (or via the ticket system) are stored for two years. During this period, abuse reports may be reviewed by ICANN.
In accordance with Hostings.AT's zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse, any domain, hosting, and/or DNS service involved in fraudulent activity will be suspended (at least temporarily) based on abuse reports. Suspension is enforced by changing the name server or DNS configuration.
