GTC Appendix 1 (Domain Names)
Additional Registration Conditions for Domain Names, part of our General Terms and Conditions, DataDynamics GmbH Domain Registrar and Web Hosting Provider Hostings.AT
By registering a domain name, you as the Customer, hereinafter also referred to as the Domain Registrant or Registrant (meaning you as the holder of the domain name), agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the following registration regulations relevant to the requested TLD domain name as well as our General Terms and Conditions, and agree to adhere to all operational standards, procedures, and rules of the Registry and the Registrar. Likewise, as a Registrant, you agree that you have read the contractual terms and registration regulations provided on the website of the respective domain registration authority (TLD Registry, Domain Registry) and linked herein, in particular the Acceptable Use and Anti-Abuse Policy ("AUP"), understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract. The Domain Registrant further agrees that these contractual terms and registration regulations may be changed in the future by the operator of the Domain Registry, in accordance with ICANN policies, procedures, and practices and the ICANN Registry Agreement with the respective Registry responsible for the domain name in question. Additional or revised policies, procedures, and practices are effective 60 days after being announced by the Registry or Registrar, unless otherwise mandated by ICANN.
Should you have any questions or ambiguities regarding this Appendix to the GTC for Domain Names, or if a link to the registration regulations of a specific TLD (domain extension) in this document is not accessible, and you have not been able to find and read the registration regulations of the respective registration authority independently, you as the applicant for the domain registration undertake to contact us before the respective domain registration to request the relevant registration regulations!

If the Customer registers a domain name, they agree that the data transmitted by the Customer to Hostings.AT will be transferred to third parties for the purposes of registering and maintaining the domain name and in accordance with the regulations of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). Such third parties include, for example, the central registration authorities (Domain Registries) of the respective gTLDs (generic Top Level Domains) or ccTLDs (country code Top Level Domains), operators and users of the central Whois databases responsible for your domain name, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) as the technical coordination body of the Internet, providers, other interested parties via Whois queries on the websites of Hostings.AT, "whois" service providers, and, if applicable, registrars appointed by ICANN as replacements.
Information provided by the Customer to Hostings.AT in connection with domain name questions may be transferred to employees and consultants of Hostings.AT as well as – upon request – to ICANN.
The Customer is obliged to truthfully provide the following information when registering the domain:
The domain name to be registered, the postal address of the domain holder (the person for whom the domain name is registered), the name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and, if available, fax number of the following contact persons: Administrative Contact, Billing Contact for the domain name. Hostings.AT may be entered as the Zone Contact and Technical Contact.
By registering the domain name, the Customer agrees to bear sole responsibility for the registration and for all content displayed under the domain name. The Customer undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless DataDynamics GmbH (also referred to as "Registrar" in these GTC) and the central registry (NIC, Registry) responsible for the registered domain name, as well as their subcontractors, directors, officers, employees, and partners, from any claims, claims for damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses, arising out of or in connection with the registration of the domain name by the Customer, the use of the domain name, or the violation of this registration agreement. This obligation continues even after the termination or expiration of this registration agreement.
DataDynamics GmbH and the respective Registry reserve the right, in accordance with ICANN regulations, to reject, delete, or transfer registrations or transactions, and to place domain names on "Registry-Lock", "Hold", or a similar status, if the Registry deems this necessary at its own discretion:
The Registrant undertakes to keep their data (Owner Data, Admin-C, Contacts) up to date and to update them via Hostings.AT in the event of changes. The Customer is responsible for any damage (including deletion of the domain) arising from incorrect or outdated contact details. Providing incorrect data constitutes a breach of contract and grounds for domain deletion.
DataDynamics GmbH and the respective Registries reserve the right to verify the accuracy of Whois data at any time, including by contacting the domain holder. The holder is obliged to provide truthful information.
By registering a domain name, the Registrant agrees to refrain from distributing malware, operating botnets abusively, phishing, software piracy, infringing trademarks and copyrights, fraudulent practices, counterfeiting, and other actions that violate applicable law. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate blocking or deletion of the domain by Hostings.AT or the Registry.
The Registrant agrees to submit to proceedings initiated under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS) of ICANN, as well as the Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy (TDRP).
Domain names are automatically renewed for the following year unless cancelled (terminated) 40 days before the expiration date. In the event of non-renewal, domains will be deactivated. Deactivated domains may be restored within 30 days (Redemption Period) for an additional fee. If no restoration is performed, the domain will be irrevocably deleted.
Fees for the restoration (Restore) of deleted domains can be significant (see price list or contact support).
.AT (.co.at, .or.at):
Direct contract with nic.at GmbH. The terms and conditions of nic.at apply: www.nic.at/de/agb.
.DE:
The conditions of DENIC e.G. apply (www.denic.de). Hostings.AT uses a partner for the management of .de domains.
.CH / .LI:
Direct contract with the registry SWITCH (www.nic.ch). Hostings.AT uses a registrar partner.
.EU:
The conditions of EURid apply (eurid.eu).
.UK (.co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk):
The conditions of Nominet UK apply (www.nominet.uk/go/terms).
.US:
The conditions of GoDaddy Registry / Neustar apply. Hostings.AT uses a registrar partner.
.IT:
The rules of Nic.it apply. Hostings.AT uses a registrar partner.
.FR:
The rules of AFNIC apply. Hostings.AT uses a registrar partner.
.NL:
The conditions of SIDN apply. Hostings.AT uses a registrar partner.
.PL:
Hostings.AT is an accredited registrar of NASK or uses a partner.
.RU:
The conditions of nic.RU apply.
.UA:
The conditions of Hostmaster.ua apply.
.CN:
Strict rules of CNNIC apply. Content violating PRC laws is prohibited.
For all new top-level domains (such as .APP, .BLOG, .SHOP, .XYZ, .GMBH, .WIEN, .BERLIN, .TIROL, and hundreds more), specific policies of the respective registries apply (Launch Policy, Sunrise Policy, Anti-Abuse Policy, etc.). By registering such a domain, you agree to comply with these rules.
Premium Domains: The Registrant acknowledges that registration and renewal prices for certain domains ("Premium") may differ significantly from standard prices.
.NZ-Domain Registration Agreement
If the Domain Registrant registers a .NZ or .CO.NZ domain, they agree to the registration regulations, terms, and general terms and conditions of the central registry InternetNZ: dnc.org.nz/policies.
DataDynamics GmbH uses the services of the partner CPS-Datensysteme GmbH for the registration and management of .NZ and .CO.NZ domains, whose GTC, registration guidelines, and data protection regulations therefore also apply to .NZ and .CO.NZ domains.
From a data protection perspective, CPS-Datensysteme GmbH acts as a sub-processor in the registration and management of .NZ and .CO.NZ domains and is contractually obliged to handle data with the same care that applies to the Provider.
.ONE-Domain Registration Agreement of the Registry One.com A/S
By registering a domain name under the Top Level Domain .ONE, the Registrant agrees to have read the contractual terms of One.com A/S, available at nic.one/policies/, to understand them, and to accept them as an integral part of the contract.
.ONL-Domain Registration Agreement
By registering a .ONL domain, the Registrant agrees to submit to proceedings initiated under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS) of ICANN, as well as other relevant procedures defined by ICANN, and declares that they have read the UDRP, the Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy (TDRP), and the URS guidelines:

The Domain Registrant also explicitly acknowledges that for .ONL domains, the .ONL Dispute Resolution Policies of I-REGISTRY Ltd., Germany Branch (Dispute Resolution: www.i-registry.com/files/documents/policies/onl-anti-abuse-policy.pdf) and the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy (www.i-registry.com/files/documents/policies/onl-sdrp.pdf) of I-REGISTRY Ltd., Germany Branch apply.
Notwithstanding any contrary provisions in this agreement, I-REGISTRY Ltd., Germany Branch, the operator of the registry for the .ONL TLD, is a present and future third-party beneficiary of this agreement.
Therefore, the parties to this agreement acknowledge with approval that the rights of I-REGISTRY Ltd., Germany Branch exist as a third-party beneficiary and that I-REGISTRY Ltd., Germany Branch relied on the existence of its rights as a third-party beneficiary under this agreement when granting approval for the admission of DataDynamics GmbH as a registrar for the .ONL TLD.
Furthermore, the rights of I-REGISTRY Ltd., Germany Branch as a third-party beneficiary continue to exist even after the termination of this agreement.
.CHARITY, .FOUNDATION, .GIVES, .GIVING, .NGO, .ONG, and .ORG Domain Registration Agreement
DataDynamics GmbH is an accredited registrar of the domain registry Public Interest Registry.
If the Domain Registrant registers a .CHARITY, .FOUNDATION, .GIVES, .GIVING, .NGO, .ONG, or .ORG domain from Public Interest Registry, they agree that, in addition to these GTC of DataDynamics GmbH, they have read the registration regulations of Public Interest Registry and in particular the Anti-Abuse Policy, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
.ORGANIC-Domain Registration Agreement
By registering a .ORGANIC domain, the Domain Registrant agrees that they have read the registration regulations, terms, and Domain Name Policies of the Registry Starting Dot Ltd., available at: get.organic/registration_policy, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
The .ORGANIC Registry Operator is a partner of the "International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements" (IFOAM).
By registering a .ORGANIC domain, the Registrant agrees not to undermine the principles of Organic Agriculture as formulated by IFOAM.
If the Registrant is a producer, processor, or trader in the field of agriculture or the food industry, the Registrant agrees to be bound by the POA (Principles of Organic Agriculture), as well as relevant laws and regulations applicable in the area where the Registrant intends to advertise or offer products under their .ORGANIC web presence.

.PAGE-Domain Registration Agreement of Charleston Road Registry Inc. d/b/a Google Registry:
By registering a domain name under a gTLD of Charleston Road Registry Inc, .PAGE domain, the Domain Registrant and Domain Holder additionally agree that they have read the "Domain Name Abuse Policy", available at g.co/registryDomainAbuse, as well as the "Domain Registration Policy" available at g.co/pageRegistration, as well as the "Registry TLD’s Startup Policy", available at g.co/pageStartupPolicy, as well as the Registry Privacy Policy available at g.co/registryPrivacy, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
The fee for the restoration (reactivation) of a .PAGE domain name already deleted due to termination (so-called Redemption Period) is EUR 240.00 incl. 20% VAT.
.PET-Domain Registration Agreement
DataDynamics GmbH is an accredited registrar of the .Pet Domain Registry Afilias plc, Ireland.
If the Domain Registrant registers a .PET domain from Afilias plc, they agree that, in addition to these GTC of DataDynamics GmbH, they have read the registration regulations of Afilias plc and in particular the Acceptable Use and Anti Abuse Policy, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
.PHD-Domain Registration Agreement of Charleston Road Registry Inc. d/b/a Google Registry:
By registering a domain name under a gTLD of Charleston Road Registry Inc, .PHD domain, the Domain Registrant and Domain Holder additionally agree that they have read the "Domain Name Abuse Policy", available at g.co/registryDomainAbuse, as well as the "Domain Registration Policy" available at registry.google/policies/registration/phd, as well as the "Registry TLD’s Startup Policy", available at g.co/registry/phdPricing, as well as the .phd Pricing Policy available at g.co/registryPrivacy, and the Registry Privacy Policy available at g.co/registryPrivacy, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
.PL-Domain Registration Agreement
DataDynamics GmbH is a .PL domain registrar accredited by the Research and Academic Computer Network national research institute (NASK).
If the Domain Registrant registers a .PL domain (or .biz.pl, .com.pl, info.pl, .net.pl, and org.pl), they agree to the registration regulations, terms, and general terms and conditions of the Central Registry NASK: www.dns.pl/english/regulations.html
DataDynamics GmbH uses the services of the partner CPS-Datensysteme GmbH for the registration and management of .PL domains, whose GTC, registration guidelines, and data protection regulations therefore also apply to .PL domains.
From a data protection perspective, CPS-Datensysteme GmbH acts as a sub-processor in the registration and management of .PL domains and is contractually obliged to handle data with the same care that applies to the Provider.
.POKER-Domain Registration Agreement
DataDynamics GmbH is an accredited registrar of the .Poker Domain Registry Afilias plc, Ireland.
If the Domain Registrant registers a .POKER domain from Afilias plc, they agree that, in addition to these GTC of DataDynamics GmbH, they have read the registration regulations of Afilias plc and in particular the Acceptable Use and Anti Abuse Policy, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
.PROF-Domain Registration Agreement of Charleston Road Registry Inc. d/b/a Google Registry:
By registering a domain name under a gTLD of Charleston Road Registry Inc, .PROF domain, the Domain Registrant and Domain Holder additionally agree that they have read the "Domain Name Abuse Policy", available at g.co/registryDomainAbuse, as well as the "Domain Registration Policy" available at registry.google/policies/registration/prof, as well as the "Registry TLD’s Startup Policy", available at g.co/registry/profPricing, as well as the .prof Pricing Policy available at g.co/registryPrivacy, and the Registry Privacy Policy available at g.co/registryPrivacy, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
.PR-Domain Registration Agreement
If the Domain Registrant registers a .COM.PR, .NET.PR, .ORG.PR, .PRO.PR, .BIZ.PR, .INFO.PR, .NAME.PR, .ISLA.PR, or .PR domain, they agree to the registration regulations, Anti-Abuse policies, terms, and general terms and conditions of the Central Registry Gauss Research Laboratory Inc.: nic.pr/registrationAgree.asp
The Registrant agrees to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, statistical evaluation, and other processing of the personal data of the holder of a registered name by Gauss Research Laboratory Inc. and its agents and representatives in a manner that corresponds to the purpose of the registration, applicable ICANN guidelines, and mandatory local data protection laws and confidentiality.
.PT-Domain Registration Agreement
If the Domain Registrant registers a .PT domain (or .com.pt), they agree to the registration regulations, terms, and general terms and conditions of the Central Registry DNS.PT: dns.pt/en/domains-2/domain-rules/preamble/
DataDynamics GmbH uses the services of the partner CPS-Datensysteme GmbH for the registration and management of .PT domains, whose GTC, registration guidelines, and data protection regulations therefore also apply to .PT domains.
From a data protection perspective, CPS-Datensysteme GmbH acts as a sub-processor in the registration and management of .PT domains and is contractually obliged to handle data with the same care that applies to the Provider.
.PW-Domain Registration Agreement
If the Domain Registrant registers a .PW domain, they agree to the registration regulations, terms, and general terms and conditions of the Central Registry .PW Registry: registry.pw/policies/.
.RADIO-Domain Registration Agreement
If the Domain Registrant registers a .RADIO domain, they agree to the registration regulations, terms of use, conditions, and general terms and conditions of the Central Registry European Broadcasting Union EBU:

DataDynamics GmbH uses the services of the partner CPS-Datensysteme GmbH for the registration and management of .RADIO domains, whose GTC, registration guidelines, and data protection regulations therefore also apply to .RADIO domains.
From a data protection perspective, CPS-Datensysteme GmbH acts as a sub-processor in the registration and management of .RADIO domains and is contractually obliged to handle data with the same care that applies to the Provider.
DataDynamics GmbH expressly reserves the right to change the registration partner for .radio domains.
The Domain Registrant agrees to such a possible change of the managing domain registrar.
The fee for the restoration (reactivation) of a .RADIO domain name already deleted due to termination (so-called Redemption Period) is EUR 478.80 incl. 20% VAT.
.RICH-Domain Registration Agreement
By registering a .RICH domain, the Registrant agrees to submit to proceedings initiated under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS) of ICANN, as well as other relevant procedures defined by ICANN, and declares that they have read the UDRP, the Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy (TDRP), and the URS guidelines:

Registration Agreement for .RUGBY Domain of World Rugby Strategic Developments Limited:
DataDynamics GmbH is an accredited registrar of World Rugby Strategic Developments Limited.
If the Domain Registrant registers a .RUGBY domain, they agree that they have read the General Terms and Conditions, General Policies, ERDRP Rules, Sunrise Policies, Tagging Procedure, Landrush Policies, WHOIS Policy, Auction Policies, Anti-Abuse Policies, Domain Allocation Policies, and Acceptable Use Policy, available at https://www.nic.rugby/, understand them, and accept them as an integral part of the contract.
The Registry Operator has the right to revoke any domain name (domain deletion) if, in their opinion, it is registered by a Registrant for inappropriate use, e.g., intentional registration of names important to members of the Rugby Community (e.g., clubs, officials, leagues, etc.) for which the Registrant has no legitimate claim.
The Domain Registrant acknowledges that there may be different prices for .RUGBY domains.
This also applies to transfer and renewal fees. Standard prices are listed in our price list.

.RUHR-Domain Registration Agreement
If the Domain Registrant registers a .RUHR domain, they agree to the launch policies, registration policies, acceptable use policies, Whois policies, and the general terms and conditions of the Central Registry regiodot GmbH & Co. KG:

By registering a .SAARLAND domain, the Registrant agrees to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, statistical evaluation, and other processing of the personal data of the holder of a registered name by dotSaarland GmbH and its agents and representatives in a manner that corresponds to the purpose of the registration, applicable ICANN guidelines, and mandatory local data protection laws and confidentiality.

DataDynamics GmbH expressly reserves the right to change the registration partner for .se domains.

DataDynamics GmbH expressly reserves the right to change the registration partner for .sg domains.
The Domain Registrant agrees to such a possible change of the managing registrar.
If the Domain Registrant is unable to fulfill the registration guidelines of the Central Registry Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) Pte Ltd regarding the serviceable address in Singapore (address of the Domain Registrant or the Administrative Contact), DataDynamics GmbH will engage a trustee service (local presence) as Admin-C to fundamentally enable the Domain Registrant to properly register and use a .sg domain name.
DataDynamics GmbH reserves the right to replace the designated trustee with another trustee in Singapore at any time.
The Domain Registrant expressly agrees to such changes. For .sg domains using the trustee service, the provisions available at wi.rrpproxy.net/downloads/en/agreements/RRPProxy_Trustee_sg.en.pdf additionally apply.
.SH-Domain Registration Agreement
If the Domain Registrant registers a .SH domain, they agree to the registration regulations, terms, and general terms and conditions of the Central Registry Internet Computer Bureau Limited (ICB Ltd.): www.nic.sh/terms.htm, www.nic.sh/rules.htm
.SHOP-Domain Registration Agreement

By registering a .TIROL domain, the Registrant (Domain Holder) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Punkt Tirol GmbH and its subcontractors, managing directors, officers, employees, affiliated companies, and their respective representatives regarding all claims, claims for damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses, arising from or in connection with the registration of the domain name by the Registrant, even after termination or expiration of the registration agreement.
By registering a .TIROL domain, a contract is concluded between the Registrar and the Registrant.

By registering a .TIROL domain, the Registrant agrees to submit to proceedings initiated under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (“URS”) of ICANN, as well as other relevant procedures defined by ICANN.
By registering a .TIROL domain, the Registrant agrees that Punkt Tirol GmbH bears no liability for losses and liabilities arising from the procedures and processes regarding the Sunrise or Landrush phase, in particular regarding
• the question of whether or not a Registrant is able to obtain a registered name during these phases, and
• the outcome of a dispute over a Sunrise registration.
Furthermore, the Registrant agrees to refrain from distributing malware, as well as from the abusive operation of botnets, phishing, software piracy, infringement of trademarks and copyrights, fraudulent practices, counterfeiting, and other actions that violate applicable law.
Punkt Tirol GmbH reserves the right, in accordance with ICANN regulations, to reject, delete, or transfer registrations and transactions, and to place domain names on Registry-Lock or Hold status, suspend them, or place them on a similar status, as Punkt Tirol GmbH deems necessary at its own discretion:

By registering a .LTDA or .SRL domain, the Domain Registrant agrees to the registration regulations, terms, and general terms and conditions of the Central Registry InterNetX Corp.:

.LTDA and .SRL domains may only be registered and used by companies that are managed as Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada or Società a Responsabilità Limitata in accordance with the applicable law in the respective countries. This usage restriction is the basis for a trustworthy and serious corporate presentation on the net with the appropriate corporate form.
If a .ltda or .srl domain name is registered in violation of these guidelines, it may be deleted at any time.
The Registrant agrees that the Registry blocks certain domain names or keeps them on a blocklist, meaning they cannot be registered if the Registry finds that they are too profane or inappropriate for the respective TLD or contradict the contract with ICANN or applicable law. Domain names with only two characters are also blocked. The Registry may reserve domain names at its own discretion and release them for registration again at any time at will.
